Google Play Policy Compliant Deletion Mechanism for Competitive Exam Master
Permanent Action: Deleting your account will permanently purge your student profile, completed quiz attempts, mistake tracking records, offline study notes, and bookmark states from our Firebase cloud databases. This action cannot be reversed.
Method 1: In-App Direct Deletion (Recommended)
If you currently have the CEM Android Application installed on your device:
- Open the Competitive Exam Master app.
- Navigate to your Profile / Settings screen from the top navigation.
- Scroll to the Account Management section.
- Tap Delete Account & Data and confirm the prompt.
Your authentication token, user document, and device push notification tokens will be deleted immediately.
Method 2: Web-Based Deletion Request (If App Uninstalled)
If you have uninstalled the app or no longer have access to your Android device, submit an official deletion request from your registered Google email address:

Please send the request from the exact Google email address used to sign in to CEM. Our compliance team verifies ownership and completes complete database purge within 7 business days.
What Data Is Deleted vs Retained
Permanently Purged
- Firebase Auth account and email identifier
- User progress and quiz performance telemetry
- Saved bookmarks and personal mistake notes
- FCM push notification tokens
Retained (If Applicable)
- Google Play order transaction receipts required for tax & statutory accounting compliance (anonymized).
